Messages, profiles and packages on Sponmi are made by members. Keep them about the work.
Not allowed
- Harassment, threats or bullying
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Sexual or violent content
- Spam, scams or attempts to move payment or contact off Sponmi
- Anything that breaks the law or the Terms of Use
What you can do
- Report abuse from the order messages, or Report this profile on a creator page.
- Block the other party from the order messages. They can no longer message you; the order itself is not affected.
- Contact us at any time from Help.
What we do
- We review every report within 24 hours.
- We remove content that breaks these rules and restrict or close the account that posted it, as set out in the Terms of Use (Prohibited acts · Restrictions and leaving).
- Words that are commonly abusive are hidden automatically in messages, the same way contact details are.
