Packages
How does it work?
What happens when I pick a package?
- You send an offer with that package. The creator accepts or declines, and nothing is charged before they accept.
- Once accepted, you pay on the order page and the creator starts. You review each step: script, storyboard, final video.
- If you don't respond within 72 hours of a delivery, Sponmi checks that step against your order and confirms it. You can add 5 days whenever you need more time.
- Cancel before production starts and you are refunded in full to the payment method you used.

Questions about booking
- When am I charged?
- Only after the creator accepts. Until then an offer costs nothing.
- What happens if the creator does not deliver?
- The creator is not paid. If the order is cancelled the amount you paid is refunded to the payment method you used.
- Can I approve the script before filming?
- Yes, with packages that include a script step. The creator moves on only after you approve it.
- Does the post have to be labelled as an ad?
- Yes. Sponsored posts must be disclosed. Both the advertiser and the creator are responsible for the label.
