Only after the creator accepts. Until then an offer costs nothing.

What happens if the creator does not deliver?

The creator is not paid. If the order is cancelled the amount you paid is refunded to the payment method you used.

Can I approve the script before filming?

Yes, with packages that include a script step. The creator moves on only after you approve it.

Does the post have to be labelled as an ad?

Yes. Sponsored posts must be disclosed. Both the advertiser and the creator are responsible for the label.

Our Terms change on 2026-10-29: a new "direct-pay order" lets advertisers pay the creator directly, and US-dollar deals become governed by Ohio law. See what changes

How does it work?

What happens when I pick a package?

You send an offer with that package. The creator accepts or declines, and nothing is charged before they accept.
Once accepted, you pay on the order page and the creator starts. You review each step: script, storyboard, final video.
If you don't respond within 72 hours of a delivery, Sponmi checks that step against your order and confirms it. You can add 5 days whenever you need more time.
Cancel before production starts and you are refunded in full to the payment method you used.
