Questions
- When am I charged?
- Only after the creator accepts. Until then an offer costs nothing.
- What happens if the creator does not deliver?
- The creator is not paid. If the order is cancelled the amount you paid is refunded to the payment method you used.
- Can I approve the script before filming?
- Yes, with packages that include a script step. The creator moves on only after you approve it.
- Does the post have to be labelled as an ad?
- Yes. Sponsored posts must be disclosed. Both the advertiser and the creator are responsible for the label.
- What fee does the brand pay?
- You pay the package price shown plus a 5.5% service fee at checkout (US$3.50 more on orders under US$200). Brands who joined before this fee started pay no service fee. A video licence includes a 0% (until 31 March 2027) platform fee in the price shown.
- How long does production take?
- Each package shows its delivery time before you order. On the standard packages it is 5 days (source provided), 10 days (keywords or brief) and 14 days (script and storyboard). Some packages offer a rush option at extra cost.
