Frequently asked questions

What does Sponmi cost?
Browsing and listing are free. Brands pay no platform fee. Creator fees are 0% until 31 March 2027. Any fee after that will be announced in advance.
When is the brand charged?
Only after the creator accepts the offer. Sending an offer costs nothing.
When is the creator paid?
After the brand approves the final step. If the brand doesn't respond within 72 hours of a delivery, that step is approved automatically.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Before production starts, the full amount returns to your balance. After that, you agree a change with the creator, or report a problem and Sponmi replies with a handling schedule within 3 business days.
Which countries are on Sponmi?
Sponmi is opening listings for creators in Korea and Japan first, and the site works in English, Japanese and Korean. Orders are paid in Korean won today; brands outside Korea can contact us to book.
Who can see my prices?
You decide, per channel: nobody (advertisers send their budget, the default), advertisers with at least ₩300,000 or $200 on deposit and verified businesses, verified businesses only, or everyone.
